Outside of Germany and Austria, a minimum order value of 200€ applies.
Our packaging is plastic-free, shipping is climate-friendly and CO2 neutral. Depending on the country, you also have the option of booking express shipping.
PAYMENT: Depending on the country and currency, you can pay in the following ways: PayPal, Apple Pay / Google Pay, credit card, Klarna, prepayment.
CUSTOMS: Shipping to Switzerland & Liechtenstein is free of charge and includes customs duty, but excludes import sales tax + fees.
Shipping to USA, UK, Canada, Monaco, San Marino, Iceland, Norway, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia is free of charge, but excluding customs duties and fees.
RETOURE: Of course you can return the goods to us if they do not meet your expectations. You have an extended right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Returns from Germany and Austria are free of charge with the enclosed returns label. From other countries, please return the goods at your own expense.
