- We ship with DPD, POST or DHL Express. You will see detailed information during the purchase process. You will receive an automated email from us with a tracking link that you can use to track your parcel.
- The dispatch takes place (MO-FR) with orders before 8 o'clock on the same day, otherwise 1 day after (exception: with prepayment the commodity is dispatched after receipt of payment).
- Public holidays in Austria: October 26, November 1, December 8.
- The specified parcel delivery time in working days refers to MO-FR.
- When shipping to a DHL Packstation in Germany, you can choose shipping with POST or DHL Express. When shipping to a Post-Packstation in Austria, shipping is only possible with POST. Please be sure to state the Packstation number and your postal number when ordering! Your postal number must already be activated for shipping and you must also have the app so that you can receive the pick-up end for the parcel on your app.
- Express shipping is possible to most EU countries and can be booked additionally.
- Regardless of the country and its taxes, our store prices are the same for all customers in all countries.
Payment

- Klarna: only possible in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium
- Prepayment in €. You transfer the amount within 7 days. The package will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment.
Returns:
You have an extended right of return of 30 days.
- For free returns from Germany and Austria, please use the returns label enclosed with your order. From other countries, please return the goods at your own expense.
- If you would like an exchange, please place a new order and return the other goods within the specified period.
- If you have purchased a set, you can also return individual items to us.
- The returned goods should show no signs of use and the label should not be cut off, otherwise we will not be able to issue a full refund.

After receiving and checking the returned goods, you will receive your money back from us in the same way as when you paid. We usually refund the money within 1 day of receiving the goods, but within a maximum of 14 days. You will receive an email from us upon refund.
Countries outside the EU:
- Switzerland, Liechtenstein:
We pay the customs duties, but you will be charged the Swiss import tax EST of 8.1% after receipt of the goods from "Gebrüder Weiss AG". The invoice amounts to approx. 35 CHF for a purchase value of 100€, approx. 50 CHF for 300€, approx. 70 CHF for 500€ and approx. 120 CHF for 1,000€. You must also pay this invoice in the event of a return or exchange.
You will receive an invoice with 0% VAT from us. The taxes that we "save" for this are therefore invested in very high shipping costs, customs duties and individual manual processing with high costs.
Please note that you have to pay the import sales tax and import fees despite a return. You can reclaim the import VAT for the returned items (= foreign returned goods) at your responsible customs office after you have paid the invoice for the 8.1% VAT and fees from Gebrüder Weiss for the outward shipment of the parcel. However, the Federal Customs Administration charges a processing fee of approx. CHF 30 for the refund of the import VAT. If you would like a refund of the import sales tax, please apply for this when you make the export customs declaration (= when you post the return shipment). Please note that import costs for taxes and duties may be incurred, which must be borne by you. Unfortunately, we do not have any information about the amount. These will be charged to you by DHL Express before or on delivery. You must also pay these costs in the event of a return.
